Proof that Palin was a member of the Alaska Independence Party - go to the 6th minute of this video. That is not just "someone" saying it, that is the Vice Chairman of the AIP Dexter Clark speaking at their national convention. His wife Lynette Clark is the chairman (head of) the AIP). If anyone would know if Sarah Palin was a member, it would be him!
Vice Chairman Clark clearly states that Sarah Palin was a member of the AIP and this mention begins at 6:00 in the below video. Clark goes on to add that after becoming a Republican, Governor Palin was always sympathetic to AIP's cause.

Funny how you completely ignore Sarah Palin's ties to the Libertarian Party of Alaska, which are much more recent and strong than her ties to the AIP.
